Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SuriGB, we provide no cancellation

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for:
  • Damaged or defective products upon arrival.
  • Incorrect products delivered.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

3. No Return Policy

• Due to the perishable nature of fish food, we do not accept product returns unless proven defective.
