Product also removes light blocking impurities for improved growth of corals in saltwater, and for plants in freshwater aquariums.

Rinse pouch under tap water to remove the loose dust. Pouch does not need to rinse clear. Place pouch in path of water flow in the aquarium filter. Replace every 2 months, or sooner if aquarium is heavily stocked and/or colors or odors are detected.
