Bromine is needed by many organisms to produce substances that protect against predators. It is also enriched in the tissue by some algae and gorgonians.

 

 

Bromine is consumed significantly in the aquarium. Therefore, the bromine concentration should be checked regularly in the laboratory. Targeted supplementation works best with our ultra pure bromine supplement. For permanent care we recommend our ATI Essentials.

 

10 ml of the supplement increases the bromine concentration of 100 liters by 5 mg/l.

 

Free from EDTA or other accumulative chelators.

Attention: The use of ozone can lead to the formation of toxic bromate. For neutralization, the ozonated water should be passed over activated charcoal.
